Which countries do you deliver in?

As of now we deliver within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

Do you ship Internationally?

No. We do not ship outside India.

Is COD available?

Yes COD is available for orders above 499/- only. 

What's your FREE Shipping Eligibility?

FREE Shipping is available for all orders of 499/- and above. For all orders below 499/- an additional charge of 50/- will be applicable. 

How long will it take for an order to arrive?

The lead time for each of the products sold on is different. Lead time is the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our vendor’s end. This is exclusive of the shipping duration taken by the courier company to deliver the ordered products to you.

In the case of orders with more than one product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will notify you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.

For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.

In the event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you by mail.

How can I track my order placed online?

Ideally the transit time for metros is 2-3 days. It could take up to 5 days for other destinations.

No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking details via email/text.

What is the ideal shipping duration?

All orders will be dispatched from our end within 1- 2 working days. The ideal transit time for metros is 2 to 3 days. For other destinations it could take up to 5 days on account of pandemic.

Please note that no orders are processed/dispatched on weekends/holidays. Once the order has been dispatched, the tracking details would be shared with you via email/text.

Kindly bear with us for any delay in the delivery days as the transit time is dependent on the courier partners. 

Why is an accurate address important?

To make sure you get your products on time. If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned undelivered. You will then have to place new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in appropriate boxes and double checking for typos and other errors.

A properly filled delivery information helps us in two ways:

1. It helps us deliver the product(s) to you on time

2. It saves a lot of time & effort spent by our delivery team to identify your address.

Could I change the shipping address of an order?

Shipping address can only be modified before the order is shipped. Please contact our customer care team with your order number to make the required changes.

What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please make sure the shipping address entered by you while billing is accurate to ensure seamless delivery.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

Orders within India are delivered in 3 to 7 business days. If your order has not arrived in this time frame, please contact us with your order number at [email protected]

Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?

Please create separate orders to ship to more than one address.
