Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and you do not need to pay anything extra. The shipping charges may vary from brand to brand and is shown on the checkout page as per your order items.
As of now we have stalled the COD option on account of the pandemic. Kindly opt for prepaid payments.

Shipping charges vary from brand to brand. The GST rates are applied as per the product category defined by the Government of India.
The orders are shipped on the same day if received before 1 pm. If the order is received after 1 pm it would be shipped the next day. These timings are valid for business working days. In the event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by mail.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Your Order Page or by logging in to your account if you have created one.
Shipping address can only be modified before the order is shipped. Please contact our customer care team with your order number to make the required changes.
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please make sure the shipping address entered by you while billing is accurate to ensure seamless delivery.
Please create separate orders to ship to more than one address.
A refund will only be processed after completion of appropriate investigation of the issue and receipt of satisfactory response by our customer care team. For damaged, defective and expired goods, refunds will be issued on receipt of satisfactory images of the product with clear images, seller bill receipt and visible damage/defect or expiry date. For product quality issues (taste/smell/not up to expectations) no refunds will be issued. All products under personal care, intimate care and food come under ‘non returnable’ category.
