Christmas Cooker Cake

  • Unsalted butter - 250 gms

  • Milk – as required to get the dripping consistency

  • Almonds, raisins, tutti-futti and walnuts – a handful
Instructions
  1. Preheat the cooker with sand at the bottom for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter/oil and dust with cocoa powder or wheat flour.
  4. Pour the batter and keep the baking dish on the sand with low flame for 40 minutes
  5. Insert a knife into the cake and if it comes clean, cake is well cooked.
  6. Cut and serve once cooled well.
