Potato Cheese Mash

Ingredients
  • Potato - 1 medium
  • Cheese - 1 cube
  • Dry roasted cumin powder - 1 pinch
  • Milk - ½ cup (optional)
  • Water - ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Pressure cook unpeeled potato with water until done. Can take about 7- 8 whistles
  2. Once it cools down, peel potato and blend it to a puree or mash consistency with cheese, cumin powder and milk
  3. Add boiled water to get the required consistency
Notes
1. Roasted cumin powder can curb the gas formed due to potatoes
2. Addition of milk is optional
