Serves: 2 cups
- Mangoes - 2 chopped
- Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)
- Saffron or kesar - a few strands (optional)
- Jaggery or sugar powdered - as required (optional)
- Sauth or dry ginger powder - a pinch (optional)
- Water or milk - as required
- Dry fruits - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Wash mangoes and then peel off the skin
- In a blender add these mango pieces followed by saffron and jaggery or sugar which you prefer for your taste
- You can add some water or milk to thin down the mixture
- Add in cardamom powder or dry ginger powder if required
- Add dry fruits of your choice as favorite toppings
- Refrigerate and serve in glass or bowls
