Please provide some eggless cake recipes and also let me know whether I can use “Nestle – Milkmaid” instead of egg to prepare cake for my toddler who is 20 months old.

Can we bake cookies in the cooker.

    • I usually avoid using Milkmaid but you can use curd instead of eggs. The measurement is given in the recipe above. Curd is a healthy alternative to readymade products like Milkmaid. This batter cannot be used to bake cookies.

Thanks Anjana , for sharing such a healthy cake recipe 🙂 but can we replace sand with water or any thing else ?

    • Hi Darshika,
Please never use water to bake cake in a pressure cooker since this is not steaming. I will always recommend using sand and not any other substitute for it because it damages the cooker also. If you are having difficulty getting sand – go to some construction area or beach or any kachcha road where such sand is easily available.
