Mixed Fruits Milkshake for Babies and Kids

One evening when we came back home , I wanted to make an unique evening snack for my daughter. I could find about four fruits and milk , so I thought of a mixed fruit puree or mixed fruits milkshake for her 🙂 How to make ?

Mixed Fruit Milkshakes are rich in Vitamin A, antioxidants and rich fiber. This is excellent way of providing fruits which are disliked by your baby or kid.

Things Required 

  • Mixed Fruits – a bowl ( apple, plums,pears, banana , chickoo,grapes, papaya etc)
  • Whole Cream Milk – 1 cup
  • Nuts – almonds, walnuts, raisins etc powdered

How To Prepare Mixed Fruits Milkshake / Puree ?

  1.  Chop the fruits . You can steam apple and pears (with skin ) if required
  2. Take a blender jar , add fruits, nuts and milk
  3. Puree to a smooth consistency

NOTE

  • Here I have used banana, chickoo, papaya and apple
  • Please make sure the nuts are thoroughly powdered to avoid choking
  • If your baby is on BM and you have not introduced any topmilk , you can simply puree the fruits and make an excellent mixed fruits puree.

  2. Hi.. I want to know wat to give to my 11month old baby girl. Since she is teething n now also suffering from cough n cold. She is on BM till now.. She doesn’t like sweet ex. Suji, kheer, even fruits , till 8mnth she ate moong daal very well.. After that she not even touched it. Now she only likes bolied potatoes, suji or basen chila, sm times small piece banana, dry cerelacs powder without adding water. Wat to give her.. She is only 7.6kg..

    My son is 14 months old and he is mother feed and also have cerelac , fruits, egg and also cows milk but he weighs only 9.4 kg.

    please suggest some healthy weight gaining food..

    plz my baby is 18th month old and very very fussy in eating

    he dnt like to eat fruits , no juice

    Plz can u help me for food chart for him

    • Hi Nisha ,

      You can opt in for omelettes , dal khichdi , roti with dal, juices , fruit purees made with filtered water etc which are safer and healthier options. Make sure the food is freshly prepared ..
