Introducing My MOM (Month on Month) Journal – Fitness,Hair and SkinCare Regimes Post Delivery

‘ Its said Motherhood changes everything ,Not me and definitely not my hair ‘ You remember the tag line by Aiswarya Rai Bachchan in a shampoo ad ? Yeah the same way I would like to announce a new segment of mine added in Bumps n Baby where I will be sharing my Fitness, Haircare and Skincare regime/routine of my life post the birth of my baby girl :)

Here on a month on month basis , I would be sharing my fitness, haircare , skincare and all the basic tips I use and love to use .

Everyday like any other new mom, my life revolves around my kid, hubby and my office . I used to go to office like a zombie ,with swollen eyes , irritating mood swings , tensed about something or the other all the time . So taking out time for myself was a BIG QUESTION ! I know many new moms would be thinking the same way as I do. Now my baby is about to be 1 year old , I should start taking care of myself .

I had gained around 14 kgs of weight during the 9 months of pregnancy. I exclusively breastfed my baby during the first  6 months  , and started solids along with BF from 6th month onwards. Breastfeeding helped me burn a lot of calories :)

My pre-pregnancy weight : 58 kg

My pregnancy weight : 72 kg

Post delivery , my weight became : 66 kg

Now , at 11 months post my delivery I weigh : 61 Kg

My skintype : Sensitive Combination Skin

Hair Type : Dry and damaged hair with a very dry scalp

Will be sharing with you all the regime/s I follow so that it could motivate you in some way or the other .
